The Naincy Convent School campus spreads across roughly 8 acres. Facilities include science and computer laboratories and a library with around 5,000 books. For sports, there are basketball and badminton courts along with open grounds for daily activity. Separate hostel blocks house boys and girls, with CCTV surveillance in place. A sick room and regular health checks cover medical needs. Art, dance, debate, drama and music all feature on the school's activity calendar. The closest airport is around 8 km away, and Kathgodam railway station is roughly 13 km from the campus.

At Naincy Convent School, teaching follows the CBSE syllabus, and NCERT books are what students rely on. Classroom lessons go hand in hand with continuous assessment and term exams, and in some subjects, project work and lab tasks are added to the final marks. Computer-aided tools give lessons an extra hand. Teachers bring together direct instruction and practical work, so students actually use what they've learned instead of just memorising it. With around 30 students per teacher, there's room for questions and discussion in class. Teachers attend workshops too, which keeps their teaching methods current.

Naincy Convent School runs as a co-ed boarding school. Boys and girls both stay on same campus, but the facilities are kept separate for each. International students are enrolled here too, so children share their days with peers from other countries. Since the school sits in Jeolikote, in the Himalayan foothills, taking lessons outdoors and running environment-related activities comes easily. It was set up in 1993 and has served the Nainital region for more than thirty years. Away from academics, student life takes in creative arts, theatre, sports, and music.
