The campus is spread out with plenty of greenery. You will not hear cars there. Only birds. The labs have proper equipment, and the library has a nice collection. Our daughter spent twenty minutes browsing books while we spoke to the staff. That told us something. There is also a large ground where children play cricket, football, and whatever else they fancy. Fresh air, open space, and room to just be a kid. That is what we wanted.

The first time we visited, we sat in on a class. Our daughter is the shy type. Barely speaks up at home. But there she was, hand raised, answering a question. Honestly, we were shocked. The teacher just waited. Let her finish. Did not jump in even once. That is how they work here. Children learn to speak their mind. The teachers do not shout. They do not embarrass anyone. Just patience. Our daughter now explains things at dinner that she learned in class. That never happened before.

Every parent looks for reassurance in results. Monad Public School has shown strong and consistent CBSE board performances over the years. We read about students scoring in the high 90s in both Class X and XII exams, with some even achieving a perfect 100 in subjects like Mathematics and Science . These results tell us that the teachers are deeply committed to helping students reach their potential.

For us, career guidance is about helping children discover what they want to do with their lives. There is no college-style placement here. Still, Monad prepares children well. Students are guided through streams like Science and Commerce. The school helps them see their way forward clearly, whether they choose further studies or professional courses.

What really makes Monad different is that they care about everything. Not just textbooks. Sports. Music. Dance. Cultural events. Our child has discovered talents we did not even know existed. That is what a holistic school does. Every year they hold KHOJ, their annual function. Parents come, grandparents come, even neighbours show up. The whole place comes alive. They do not shove textbooks down kids' throats. They teach them how to hold themselves. How to manage studies along with dance, music, sports. Our child has surprised us in ways we never saw coming.
